I hope that these online live-stream classes can help keep us connected no matter where in the world you may be.
To practice with me online follw these simple steps:
1. Download ZOOM
You can use your desktop, mobile or tablet. Go to www.zoom.us and sign up for free to download Zoom to your device.
2. Register for a class:
Register for any class you would like to attend by clicking on the button REGISTER & DONATE. (Registration closes 20 mins before the class begins).
Clear a small space for your mat and arrive 5-10 min before the class starts. (Classes start promptly at the advertised time.)
3. Props to hand:
1 Bolster or 2 plump cushions
1 Belt or a strap
2 Blocks (a thin and a thick) alternatively use a book or a tupperware box
1 Blanket
4. ZOOM Link:
You will receive an email with your Zoom Link 15 min. before the class starts.
Click your Zoom Link and you willl be put through to the session.
5. Have your camera ON or OFF:
Click on the cinecamera icon on your screen to switch your camera ON or OFF.
The video may freeze or lag momentarily. Often this resolves after a few moments.
6. Modifications: All classes will have modifications to accomodate beginners. If you are in your first 10 sessions let me know by writing “NEW” in the chat box once you are on Zoom. If you feel you can go deeper there will be stronger variations of the postures for those who enjoy a challenge.
